    I think she’s talking about the fact that baby Joshua has a funny-shaped head. When he was still really young, they tried to make him sleep in certain ways to “squash” his skull back into place.

    I think mom doesn’t quite understand how babies work.

    But you were lucky, with your round ball head.

    Babies who spend a lot of time laying on their backs can get a flat head. I think she’s saying that because she held you so much your head was nice and round.
