Things are pretty quite around here these days. Not in real life, but on this site. My mom has been making special trips to Houston to find the most perfect party favors for our (non) wedding. I’ve been working a lot. Winter is driving us crazy; dying for Spring and better yet, Summer.
I hope to not lose myself in all the craziness over the next two months and remember to still enjoy all the nothingness that we seem to occupy our time with: wandering around the city, talking shit with friends over long dinners, sitting on our stoop (if Winter ever ends!), sharing silly links on Twitter, buying late night snacks after a night out, etc.
I’ll continue to post conversations between me and my mom as they happen. Trouble with this site is that content is so unpredictable. And some content just ain’t shareable! =P
I want to thank everyone for reading and as always, thanks so much for all the nice comments and feedback. It really makes me happy to know that people find my mom as cute and loveable as I do…

I’ve missed your convos with your mom, but it’s good to know you’re getting lots of face time with her.
